Thank you for shopping with MUI MUI. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

  • All of our pieces are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard orders to be carefully crafted and processed before shipment.

  • Custom orders (special length requests) may require an additional 2–5 business days to complete.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • During new collection drops or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier and your location. 

  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.

Custom Orders

If your order includes custom hemming or other modifications, please allow additional time for processing. Custom items are made to order and are final sale (not eligible for return).

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. MUI MUI is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
